On November 21, independent British distributors Park Circus will release on Blu-ray Rupert Julian's horror masterpiece The Phantom of the Opera. The Blu-ray release will feature the 1925 and 1929 versions of the films, the notorious Bal Masque sequence in two-strip Technicolor and other scenes hand tinted, as well as a brand new score by The Alloy Orchestra. Technical specs and region coding status for this release are unknown at the moment. |
