I watched "Dream House" the other night and found it to be a bit of a downer. There are several plot twists, some I saw coming and others I didn't, but over all they focused way to much on the death of the little children who used to live in the house, why does Hollywood do this? I know they want us to feel for the poor family who died in the house but they focus on the children to pull at our heart strings and I am gettng tired of it. Seems like every other Supernatural drama/thriller has to focus on the death of children instead of focusing on the supernatural events that are occuring. I am not sure if it's poor writing or lack of imagination but it needs to stop.

Dream House was a good idea and they could have told the story in several different ways, Hollywood needs to start calling me before Green lighting a script so I can tell them what they are doing wrong.
