I'll go with Jason X just so we can stop talking about it. :D
The rest in no particulr order:
2012
Transformers Animated Movie
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm - Still my favorite Batman film
Metropolis (2001 anime version) - Probably best use of a song in a movie. The room still gets Dusty near the end when Ray Charles starts singing.
Moon
The Hidden
The Last Starfighter
The Day the Earth Caught Fire
Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine
Not of This Earth (Either version)
The Rocketeer
Freejack - Mianly to see where they used the same town that the Govenor runs in the Walking Dead. Vistied there over the holidays.
Knights - celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film.
Fanboys

I'm not sure I would call Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine Sci-Fi but any Vincent Price Movie is worth a Screening and I guess he is a Mad Scientist in the movie!

True it is more of a Bond spoof, but some of the Bond films could be considered sci-fi. Or at least they have significant sci-fi elements. Same could be said for Austin Powers. Robots, time travel, journeys into space, and

Though my nineteen year-old self loved it, I have to now admit after re-watching it yesterday that BACK TO THE FUTURE PART II is pretty much a piece of crap. As the year 2015 creeps up on us, it has now turned into one of those movies that we laugh at how wrong predictions of the future were. While we can forgive little things like it not being logistically possible for the Cubs and the Marlins to play in the World Series, or the silly notion that Jaws would continue to have endless sequels, there's no denying that we are extremely far removed from flying cars and hoverboards. It also makes you totally fascinated by how un-predictive the current cell phone culture truly was.

That aside, it really is a poorly written, contrived story that tried too hard to be clever like it's predecessor. All that "don't call me chicken" garbage? Give me a break.

Still, it might be a fun recommendation for the Marathon in 2015, just as it was fun watching 2012 in 2012, DEATH RACE 2000 in 2000, and ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK in 1995. The original BACK TO THE FUTURE has never played at our marathon, but even though it is a bonafide classic and in many ways a near-perfect movie, it also runs on a loop on every deep cable channel twice weekly. Part III isn't too bad, but nothing special. So realistically taking up a fourth of the lineup on these movies, as good as the original is, would probably not be a good idea.

Here's also hoping for a booking of MINORITY REPORT in the year 2054!

From Dennis' list, I'd like to see Freejack & The Hidden again. Both low budget, but very commercial (in the good sense.)
I know that some of the the following are retreads from last year.

Whisperer In The Darkness?
It has a deliberately retro feel. For a fannish movie it's pretty good.
Would also like to see The Navigator: A Mediaeval Odyssey. It effectively juxtaposes Science Fiction content with the feel for real culture shock. Also fantasy with realism.

Also, Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel ?
Haven't seen it, but it's supposed to be funny and was pretty well reviewed. One source described it as Doctor Who meets Shaun of the Dead.
And I know this one's a retread - - -

Why not a Marvin Mini Marathon? The original series comprises, I believe;
Haredevil Hare (1948)
The Hasty Hare (1951)
(Here it is!!!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfNx9gwgU-U
Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century (1953)
Hare-Way to the Stars (1958)
(Again, Here it is!!!)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbUtANC21Sk
Mad as a Mars Hare (1963)
In the 80s there are also:
Spaced Out Bunny (1980)-
Duck Dodgers and the Return of the 24½th Century (1980)-
(Watch it here!!!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idB7zUnuZas
Others are probably also on YouTube, but I thought that 3 was enough.

By Willcall's logic, how about Mysterious Island (1961)
Ray Harryhausen amimation
and you get to commemorate Herbert Lom as the mysterious Captain Nemo.

Since the marathon is going to be digital. Netflix does stream S.H.E the 1982 SF train wreck.
