Two more films have been added to the nearly complete schedule!

James Bai's PUZZLEHEAD
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0450367/

Takashi Miike's THE GREAT YOKAI WAR
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0425661/

There is a possibility that the Surprise Classic may have to be replaced with a 4th Premiere. We should know for sure in the next few days.

I'm hoping to post a schedule of the approximate showtimes by Monday.

Best line-up ever? Definite potential. You are amazing Bruce! I wouldn't miss it for anything.

Is THE GREAT YOKAI WAR subtitled? I would assume so. It sounds good from the description on IMDB. Might the 4th Premiere be BLACK SHEEP? I was really hoping to see that one at the 'thon this year.

Wow, 2 new premieres! That's awesome!

THE GREAT YOKAI WAR sounds like it should be an interesting film for fans of all ages. The weirder the better.

According to the reviews on amazon, yes, it is.

I just tried to watch the trailer for Puzzlehead on the film's website, but it didn't seem to be working. (Perhaps I wasn't being patient enough? Though I waited a few minutes.)

Awesome news! This is the most features we have had in years! ( well, if we still count KING DINOSAUR as a "feature") Bruce, you are the man. I must say I was a bit nervous about the first few titles announced and then the long break with no updates, but it is all coming together beautifully.

One question, would the surprise classic be replaced because of problems getting the print or because it is the one you are willing to sacrifice for another premiere?

PLEASE keep the surprize classic!!!! Unless its Sunshine or of that caliber, don't cancel a sure fire hit with a preimere like Don't as Don't Tell or Lost Sketeton. A good measureing stick might be, if it must be shown on DVD than take a pass.

I would much rather see a surprise classic than another premiere. As much as some "people" loved Don't Ask Don't Tell and The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra I'd rather get molested by my priest then sit through another one of the stinkers. No offense to Bruce but if the premiere is something like Max Headrome or the Cosmonaut landing on the moon movie I'd rather see a movie that is atleast tried and true that we've seen a 100 times before than one we'll never want to see again.

Keep the surprise classic please!

The Great Yokai Wars is AWESOME! If you are familiar with Takeshi Miike's other work (Ichi the Killer, Audition) then imagine him directing a kid's movie. I know, pretty hard to imagine. Well, let's just say a very strange kids movie. I think that it is actually fitting that he directs a kid fantasy movie. A kid is wildly imaginative, open, and anything is possible in the world of child's imagination, often silly and overdramatic. Now think of Miike's body of work. Makes sense. I think the crowd will enjoy this. It is subtitled, so hopefully it doesn't play past 1AM or peoples eyes will not be able to focus on the subtitles.
