Fiddling around looking for images for the countdown, I bumped into The Science Fiction Archives. sciencefictionarchives.com
It's a movie archive with thousands of artifacts.
At first I was not impressed as, just as with my home town Rock Hall of Fame, a collection of stuff isn't what it's all about.
But then the geek in me got interested enough to browse. Clicking on "archives" on the right hand side of the home page led me to "objets", a listing of movies that provides access to their memorabilia.

Drawbacks include that it's in French. Mine is decent, but it can still be a struggle to follow through with anything but the pictures of the artifacts.
Basic reaction are:

1. If you haven't seen it previously, their wealth of stuff is worth a glance.
2. The French are even geekier than we are. &
3. Who knew that in France, "La Folle histoire de l'espace" was - - -Spaceballs :!:

I went to the site and its pretty cool. In the top right corner you can click the British flag to translate the whole site into English.
