The Ohio Sci-Fi and Horror Marathons

According to WBNS-TV10 the weather for Saturday is going to be 70 degrees with 70% chance of rain. Since this is Ohio it may change. Will the managers let us in if it start to rain?

It's not unprecedented. They did, after all, let us into the lobby of the Grandview the year of the FREAK SNOW STORM.

On the other hand, they're supposed to open the doors at 10:30, which is about as early as I'd expect them to start being there to get things going. And we waited in the rain numerous times in the past.

Today WBNS-TV10 reported today (5AM newscast) that Saturday is now going to be 67 degrees with a 60% chance of rain.

So, in other words, pissy with a chance of soggy.

CAN'T WAIT!!!

I wish the weather would be a bit better since I think I am bringing the 11 year old nephew to wait in line with me and I like to get close to the front of the line. Not sure how thrilled he will be with the weather, I could care less, we've had everything. I think the nicest weather might have been the year we were up at the Continent. I remember it being sunny and I think warm. Folks were playing Frisbee.

I guess we'll just have to bring along some libations to make the line a bit warmer.

I always prefer bad weather (after I get inside of course) for the marathons. Last year it was sunny and 70 and I almost felt bad spending the entire day in a theater. Almost
