Yep, this guy, the world's foremost drive-in critic, legendary host of TNT's MONSTERVISION, and current host of Shudder's THE LAST DRIVE-IN, will be our Guest of Honor at the 36th Annual Ohio 24-Hour Science Fiction Marathon! Some of you were in attendance when Joe Bob regaled the audience with all things blood, breasts, and beasts at the 2001 Horror Marathon, so you know how much fun he was then. So we're more than excited to finally bring him back to Columbus! Tickets on sale next Friday March 14th! More details to come!

Lifeforce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could swear we watched the original Godzilla at a marathon just about 5 or 6 years ago, but I don't see it listed in the archives, so I must be crazy. Always a fan of the big guy.

Obviously I know nothing about The Man With The Magic Box, but I'm always up for some time travel confusion. (Would have fit perfectly with Predestination and Looper and 12 Monkeys and the rest of last year's lineup.) (Although actually now that I think about it, it might have been outshone by many of the other fantastic time travel films that played, so this next marathon may give it a better chance.)

I'm pretty sure I've never seen Queen of Blood, so I'm glad to get a new one. (Not that I have any complaints about Lifeforce or Godzilla obviously.)

I'm so glad I decided to check the marathon website to see when the dates would be. I've been a fan of Joe Bob for years and am thrilled that he's made a comeback with his Shudder show. Nobody knows more about the seedier side of cinema than Mr. Bloom! I'm going to do everything within my power to make the trek to Columbus this year. It would hurt my heart to miss the opportunity to shake his hand.

Only one person got back to me that they wanted to attend. So I bought two tickets.

My son got back to me later to say that he would like to go. Of course this was after the sellout.

Does anyone have a spare ticket for sale?

I would also appreciate anyone reading this message asking around. Not everyone does posting boards.
