With all the time travel back and forth at the marathon, isn't this year's marathon supposed to be number 16. After the 12th marathon at the Riffe Center, we traveled into the future to see the 17th marathon then back to the 15th last year. So what happened between last year and this year because this year's is listed as the 23rd. I hope that this makes sense to someone. Please help! :?

Though the vagaries of time travel have otherwise dulled my memories of it, I'm sure that we've already done the 16th. There's a 16th Inductee in the Ohio Sci Fi Marathon Hall of Fame (Terry Gilliam), and I and many others have the official 16th t-shirt. So we must have done it already? Right? We probably had a great time. Are you sure you weren't there? A show of hands.... This, of course, is not to say that we might not do SF16 again someday. Or maybe SF3 again? Deja view....

Wasn't SF16 when the MLOhio invaded and showed Mars movies for a few hours? I remember THE DAY MARS INVADED EARTH and THE ANGRY RED PLANET being hits with the captive audience.

What's with all the confusion? This year is the 20th anniversary of the marathon, it's the 23rd annual marathon and this is the 19th one. It's that simple! Sheesh!

I'm posting this message from the future, three days after the 55th Columbus 24 Hour SciFi Marathon. Thanks to the Marathon, I've been bounced around time so often, that I actually bumped into my past self from SciFi 16 this morning, and he says we were absolutely there. Although I'm hazy on the details, my past self seems to be confident it happened. Or maybe it was my future, future self that traveled *back* to 16... ah, nevermind.

The more you think about Time Travel, the more it hurts.
