I saw this at Screamfest LA. It's decent but flawed. I think it would actually play well at the marathon. Basic plot:

A signal that causes people to go insanely violent gets sent through the airwaves which is transmitted through cellphones, radios, TV's, etc. It is told in 3 parts, each directed by a different director. The first is pretty much a thriller/horror film, the second a horror/comedy, and the third is like surreal sci-fi/horror film. It feels a little disjointed, probably from the fact that 3 separate directors worked on it, but overall it was entertaining and effective. Worth a look.
