This is updated to the primer about the Drexel East. The Drexel East theater is connected to the Radio Cafe. For people who haven't been to the Drexel East or the cafe here is some info.

The Radio Cafe does offer a menu of Wraps, Burgers, Italian Sandwiches, Breakfast items, Booze, Coffee, deserts slices of pizza salads, etc. Note bring ID for the booze. Please support the cafe and the normal concession stand at the theater. This is how they make their money. The marquee stretches out to the sidewalk so there will be a shelter from any weather. The main theater is in the back. There is a hallway to the right to go to the restrooms and the cafe. Please clean up after yourselves, and behave the staff have to put up with us for 24/12 hours.

The Bexely Police is next door to the theater. Be mindful, this is the first time the Thon is at Drexel east.

Good post. I am sure the Drexel will be comfortable and I like the Drexel-owned cafe being attatched. It makes me feel like I am contributing to the marathon's financial success when I have the choice of "real" food from the consessions. Any word on bringing back the bottomless soda and popcorn deals?

I am more concerned with the parking situation this year. I hope Bruce let's us know more specifics as the event approaches other than "parking may be a challenge this year."

At Grandview a pizza place took orders during the marathon in the lobby. ANy chance that could be done again this year?

Well there is the Radio Cafe that is connected to the theater. There is no reason to have a outside person.
