The Ohio Sci-Fi and Horror Marathons

I've always wondered, how much money does it take to put on a marathon? Along with booking film prints, what other expenditures are there and what does it come to altogether?

Since the tickets are selling from 33 to 38 dollars for the full marathon.

Now I'm going on that theater one holds up to 320 people. Now I'm guessing that 280 people purchase the advance tickes at 33 dollars. Now 33*280=9,240 dollars. Now I'm guessing that 20 people will purchase their ticket at the door for $38. $38*20=760 dollars. Now 9,240+760=9,300 plus or minus dollars. This is just a ballpark figure. I'm leaving about 20 tickets out for the unsold factor. This is just a guess.
