I think the reason for the renumbering to "First Annual" is because it's been so long since we've had a 24 hour Horror-thon. If the Sci-Fi were to move again, so long as it was still this year, I see no reason why we wouldn't keep the same numbering.

if they do change the name maybe they should call it "the 1st annual syfy marathon" :lol:

From what I gather, Jeff Frank has never been interested in a 24hr Horror marathon. And just because Joe and Bruce have secured a new location for this highly anticipated event does not necessarily mean that the long running SciFi marathon will sever it's Drexel roots next year. I guess we will just have to wait and see on that one.

I am pleased that they are able to put this thing together and I am excited by the presumptive "1st Annual" in the announcement of the Horror Marathon.
