A sad day - especially for those of us who remember what a gracious and wonderful guest Ms. Neal was at the marathon two years back.

:( Sad News Indeed. She left us one of the best all time Sci-fi Movies as a legacy and she and the film will never be forgotten.

Makes me even more jealous that Ohio got Ms. Neal, and Boston never did. Neal's story is about much more than the great THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL however, overcoming much personal tragedy to have a fine career in the cinema.
