I just picked this up today at my local Walmart, and for $12 bucks no less! I also just finished watching it.
In a word...awesome! In a crazy, unbalanced, brainless, disturbing, violently warped kinda sense anyway.
Don't expect anything remotely intelligent, cuz it ain't here folks, but on a violence/gore level prepare for maximum pwnage! Now granted this is low budget obviously and the gore effects tend to defy both logic and physics many a time with anime style blood pressures to boot. Well, the link to the trailer in the first post still works so you can watch it and pretty much see all that for yourselves. But may I also add that what we see in the trailer doesn't even begin to cover the insane amount of carnage that takes place in the film! My assessment?
Kill Bill meets Evil Dead and has kinky three way sex with Planet Terror! Granted what I am saying is that there are a ton of things that remind me of those three films in this, not necessarily that I think that this film is as good as any of those three just so you understand.
Now if none of that bothers you, you should enjoy this just fine.
