I don't care much for the Premium Movie Networks since they don't show movies in its correct OAR. Maybe I can make an exception for Starz on Demand that they show Salt in OAR. Plus I just have Starz until Torchwood Miracle Day is over.

Here is some more

I... Spit On Your Grave (1978)
Jungle Holocaust
Phantom of the Opera (1990 version)

My wishlist for Marathon glory is....

Red State (2011)

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012, lol)

Exorcist III (1990)

The Incredible Melting Man (1977) First scary movie I ever saw, at the drive-in... Scared the bejesus out of me.

Ghost Story (1981)

The Believers (1987)

Peeping Tom (1960)

Monster Squad (1987)

And any of the Abbott & Costello monster movies.

I agree with your whole list! Some interesting, oddball choices in there, yet all of them are quite logical and would be good fits for any marathon lineup. Exorcist III is I think especially underrated. It probably suffers unfairly from backlash due to the first sequel being so unforgivably atrocious, plus it is so hard to distance yourself from a universally accepted classic. It's actually very good, much like the equally underappreciated Psycho II which Joe wanted to include last year.

Red State would be quite awesome, but alas I think Kevin Smith is too big for our little theater (no physical pun intended). Unless he releases it for distribution in the coming months, right now he is limiting it to speaking engagement screenings only. Even if the Grandview had the money to book this, there just aren't enough seats for an event like that, assuming Mr. Smith would allow himself to be a part of a larger event in the first place.

Thanks! Exorcist III is definately underrated and does have some wonderfully chilling scenes. The acting is terrific. Psycho II is also terrific. I included the Abbott & Costello ones, because I have never seen any of them, though I've been meaning to. I hear they are not bad flicks.

I'm definately getting stoked for this year :-)

I'm interested in seeing the faux horror flick Red State. How about the following.

Troll 2
Night of the Creeps
Night of the Demons org
Fright Night org
Since there is a chance that Flesh for Frankeinstein is going to be screen in 3D how about House of Wax or Dial M for Murder.
The Toolbox Murders org
House William Katt version
Silent Night Deadly Night

This would be a intersting movie for the Horror Marathon especially since we got to screen Tokyo Gore Police in 2009.

Well Go USA has announced the Blu-ray release of Helldriver, a new Japanese splatter flick from director Yoshihiro Nishimura (Tokyo Gore Police).

The action horror film plays out a doomsday scenario in which Japan is overrun by blood-thirsty zombies. It is up to Kika (Yumiko Hara), a girl with an artificial heart and a chainsaw sword to hunt down the zombie queen Rikka ( Eihi Shiina) and put an end to the uprising.

The Blu-Ray release of Helldriver is November 22nd!!

Grindhouse Releasing does have new prints of Evil Dead. Is it too late to book the film?
