As a rule, I am not against remakes in general... ...But there is no possible way this would work under any circumstances. When I saw Natalie Portman's name come up, I had to double check to make sure the article wasn't posted on April 1st. I wouldn't go so far as to say anything is sacred or "untouchable," but Suspira is what it is because of what it is. You can't possibly recreate the serendipity of that iconic film successfully, love it or hate it. |
