They are FINALLY making this into a movie. Guillermo del Toro as director and James Cameron executive producing. This is such a great story and I'm glad that it's going to get good treatment.

this film is suppose to have monsters that no one has ever quite seen before in film, with del toro taking the helm, i am pretty damn excited.

Well this is just too bad. I was really looking forward to this, but now I'm not so sure. If this is the case, I seriously hope he gets eaten by the shoggoth.

I disagree, He is CRAZY INSANE which may add a lot to the Character

I just heard this project got cancelled. True?

It originally had a date to start filming in June, but Deadline Hollywood broke that there was a possibility that it would be "delayed" in March. Del Toro's being courted for Pacific Rim which could muscle in front.
