I was just wondering if we could get an update on the condition of the theater, either from Dave or someone else who has been there recently. The website blog has not been updated in a while, but the last I heard anything about it, the Grandview still seemed to be in "renovation" mode.

Are all the seats in and done? Any "comfort" problems we need to worry about? Bathrooms okay? Concessions?

And how about overall quality of presentation?
