If Evil Dead 2013's sequel is a success then I want to see the Mia Ash team up. They can compare stumps. Ash will give a "about the old days" speech.

I would like to see an broken down old Ash.

I watched The Innkeepers last night and thought it was mega-dumb. Oh well, you can't win 'em all.

It's been a slower than usual Halloween season for me this year but I've also had 2 horror marathons to go to this year (reviews to come). But this has been my non-marathon viewing so far:

Eraserhead 35mm print
Herzog's Nosferatu 35mm print

Blu-ray/DVD:
Eddie the Sleepwalking Cannibal
Maniac remake (surprisingly good)
The Howling
The Fog
Monkey Shines (I'm working on a TV show with the star)

That might be it :( I'm going to have to make up for it this week. Rosemary's Baby, The Shining and The Wicker Man are all playing theatrically in Chicago this week.

The payoff was just so weak. If the build hadn't been so long, it might've been MUCH better.

Agreed, so much wasted potential and lazy writing.

Also, I watched The American Scream (documentary) and Dracula (1931) to finish up my prep. See everyone tomorrow!

So A Serbian Film is porn, but human centipede is okey dokey? What goes on in between those Bose headphones at night? ;)

And "before I went to bed..." doesn't typically mean for 10 hours before... Why do I picture 6 TVs set up with them all running at once?
