It would be a brilliant movie to play at noon. Or maybe even 10am. It could be the loudest 10am movie since Flash, ah-ahhh.

I would hate to miss a marathon but if they show TWILIGHT I would consider that a "Jump the Shark" year for the marathon and probably never return. HOWEVER if you do decide to show TWILIGHT at anytime here are some other favorites that crowd would love:

The Fog (2005)
Prom Night (2008)
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Carrie (2013)
The Ring (2002)
Dark Water (2005)
The Grudge (2004)

If your Gonna Jump the Shark you might as well Jump it with style!!

UPDATE! The newest episode of the Marathon Chat podcast is up! Thrill to Kevin and Joe as they discuss legendary Marathon shorts like GRAVITY and NIGHT OF THE LIVING BREAD! And to why Kevin hates Jimmy Kimmel! It's all at:

With only 150 per container, we might need two. <crosses fingers>

One vote for Here Comes the Devil, please. Now there's a Mexican film I can get behind.

How about some non traditional horror films. For example:

Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menece

Super Mario Bros The Movie

Garbage Pail Kids The Movie

The Gobots Movie

Argento's Dracula

The Wizard

Not even the Sci-Fi marathon would stoop so low as to show Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menece

Ghost,

There were alot of horrible movies booked at both marathons. The Science Fiction marathon screened this so called film called Automatons. Then there was Time of the Robots. Star Wars Episode I is WATCHABLE compare to theses so called "films".

I would debat that, Automatons united the audience in hatred like no other movie has at the marthons and in returned the last half of the movie we ripped to shreds and had fun doing it, Phantom Menace was just aweful. I would rather take the chance on that time slot and fill it with a movie that may or may not be good.

Bruce woudln't book Automatons again knowing it was bad, so why book Star Wars Episode I when you already know how bad it is??

In this case "the unknown" is the better choice.

Just wanted to say, the podcasts are very entertaining and informative. I could listen to these on a regular basis... any chance of doing the same thing for the Sci-Fi marathon? 8)
