You do realized that people exchange currency for a ticket right. You know those green prices of paper you get when performing work? If the marathon was free then it would be different.

There was a person from the UK that was able to get to one of the marathon last year. Plus there are these newfangle things called planes. They been around for over one hundred years. There are many people comes all over to attend. A plane ticket doesn't cost that much money.

I wonder how many tickets do you buy over the years. Are you one of those people who bring in food and not support the Drexel by buying from the consession stand?

I can scan and post my student loans bills and my paycheck stub from my second jobs over the years to payback those loans. I'm too busy working for most of the year. We can't be all like Worldsfinest who doesn't understand that films are subjective to the viewer. If you want I can post a definition of the word subjective. Not every one is going to like the same films. You can understand that? I don't care for some of the films. I pay for a ticket every year with the exception of one year. How many do you attend and pay for a ticket over the years?

I pay and went to SF 30. Was it a good marathon? Not really. Even Joe wasn't too keen on that marathon. I'm not some sort of kiss ass who thinks Joe needs to be defended. Joe can defend himself.

Classic!

Never change you beautiful, unique flower you.

With willcail actually claiming now that he went to college, I would assume with all the misspellings and broken english he writes in, that he is due a refund.

I noticed that too but what fun would that be? I mean, we just witnessed Willcail's Lament - A story told in two verses...

the juxtaposition of lonely, decrepit soul - "feel sorry for me because I (like thousands of others) am buried in student loan debt" and the martyr - "I can still muster enough currency and energy to attend the wretched beast known as Shock Around the Clock (and still complain) and buy the food (and still complain)"...is astounding and I for one am glad I got to witness, arguably, the most tragic figure in SATC history.

Kudos to you Willcail

I think it's an incredibly strong line up this year. Unfortunately my work schedule makes it almost impossible to attend again this year. Hopefully the sci-fi marathon will return to it's mid-April roots (not early March!!) and I'll be able to go. I've missed my Columbus depravity for far too long. Even though I've had plenty of marathons in Chicago, they don't have the trailers and sense of history that the Columbus marathons have.

So I don't proofread my message board postings. So sue me. Due to the anonymity of the users who post on the Science Fiction and Horror Marathon I don't care that much.

Anyways when will the schedule be posted?

Open the profile of the person you want to ignore (click on the profile button on one of their posts) and click "Add Foe"

Not sure if it was the official line up but the line up you listed on Facebook looked pretty damn good to me.

Seem to hit all the necessary spots with premieres, classics in good spots, longer drawn outs in the later hours, etc...

That's the one, completely official and approved. It should reflect the list at the head of this thread.
