Also you need to devote an hour long show the the diverse lineup for the Shock-O-Rama event on August 20th

Nahhhh, I heard that SHOCK-O-RAMA lineup was extremely lazy booking. Totally not worth discussing.

BTW, Kevin and I recorded the next episode yesterday. Should be up sometime soon.

Good Podcast, felt like it was too short, I could have listened for another hour.

No mention of the most infamous Two-Headed Marathon line ever?

@#%& Tom Savini, AND his @#%&@#% P.T. Cruiser.

For shame. :)

The 2012 horror marathon had a pretty solid lineup, but I seem to recall Possession getting a big reaction from the crowd, and quite a bit of clapping for it at the end.

April Fools Day really should play one of these years, it's the type of movie that I think a lot of the marathon crowd would appreciate.

And of course My Bloody Valentine is a classic that I'm sure a decent percentage of the audience has not seen. I'll bet over half the audience hasn't seen it.

And speaking of underseen Canadian flicks, I need to start requesting Ginger Snaps and Ginger Snaps 2. Those were great.

I can't remember the exact reaction in the room when Possession ended, but I too recall the reaction to it being pretty positive just from listening in to folks talking in the lobby. I know the group I travel with was pretty high on it.

April Fool's Day is fun. I love me some Deborah Foreman! (I mean, she's no Catherine Mary Stewart, but who is?)

Haven't seen My Blood Valentine in years. I can only remember the opening scene.

Same! I listen to way too many other podcasts, but whenever there's a new Marathon Chat it goes straight to the top of my list.
