I see no need to bump anything for a Craven movie. And I love Craven. Maybe something from him can be a fallback if the other premier doesn't come through?

I really like this lineup as is and I'm sure a lot of work has gone into getting it to where it is now.

Craven is evergreen. His movies will continue to play well for years to come.

But if we're talking Craven, Serpent would be an interesting choice. I also have a weird thing for Deadly Friend which I completely forgot about and has gone unmentioned in many obits today. Robots scare me.

I love this line-up!

On a related note, I guess we can finally put the "Worms" themed marathon to rest, since "Night of the Creeps" was one of the remaining never-played films on that list.

I only mentioned that because I never saw "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me" as a Horror film, more of a Mystery/Drama, but about Deadly Friend, the music is truly atmospheric and I LOVE it! The original script was actually quite different from the version that got released. I also love the trailer, as well as the music in it. If you haven't seen the trailer for Deadly Friend yet, check it out now.

I'm in agreement that I wouldn't want to see anything bumped for a Wes Craven flick but if the 12th movie falls through and a Craven flick is available, I'd be okay with that scenario.

I imagine most of of will satisfy our Wes Craven cravings (haha) prior to the marathon.

People Under the Stairs sounds like a great fallback film.

Does anyone else ever read the posts of worldsfinest and not worldsfinest as the same guy but with split personality?

Having met both Worldsfinest and notworldsfinest in person, I can attest to their status as COMPLETELY different people. Although come to think of it, I did once see notworldsfinest beating himself up in a parking lot....oh wait, I'm not supposed to talk about that...

Excellent line-up, Joe. Although I've seen many of the films, it's been a while. Also, there's nothing like watching great films with the Marathon audience in a theater. It's a totally different experience.
