Interesting. I'm a little suprised by the grease trap, not sure what that is all about. Wandering out into the land of speculation, I imagine the Franks may have put some of this off, knowing they were either not going to keep the theater or were going to do a big remodel if they got the whole buliding. That would also go along with the projection booth. Why sink money into something you aren't going to be able to get a return on.

I never noticed an issue with the projection and popcorn steam, but maybe I'm just not observant enough.

It looks like he is working hard at it, hope it works out for him.
