Ok, in the story with Dylan Baker he kills the kid on his front porch and then we see him burying a dead body in his back yard which I presumed was the same kid but the body wakes up and fight back, however later we see that that kids head is on a platter in his basement. So who was he burying?

I'm guessing he was burying the editor in charge of continuity.

There were two bodys in the hole. The other body (not the kid he just killed) was fighting back.

There were actually several bodies in the pit. Apparently, the fat kid is just the latest victim.

Yea it appears to be a kid in a clown suit..BTW anyone else notice that the fat kid is also the kid from Bad Santa? Also i kinda think maybe ol Dylan Baker, might be carving out a career as a kiddie perv between this and "Happiness"

You are correct. Watched my Blu-Ray last night and the kid fighting back was wearing a clown costume.
