This looks like another movie hollywood was afraid to take a chance on, it comes to DVD and Blu-Ray in February:

The House of the Devil Gets Blu-ray release:

MPI Media Group has announced 'The House of the Devil' for Blu-ray release on February 2, 2010. This haunted house/demonic horror movie premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and had a limited theatrical release on October 30. It received a 87% "fresh" rating at RottenTomatoes.

Special features include:
Commentary with Ti West, producers and crew
Interviews with cast and crew
Deleted scenes
Commentary with Ti West and Jocelin Donahue
Behind the scenes
Trailer
