Many of the marathon tickets being sold at the theatre are for people who have never been to a marathon (of either sort). So we should have a good number of new faces at the marathon this year. We're about through our first batch of tickets at the theatre, and everything sold over the past four days have been to newbies. -David |

This is good news that there are new people. I hope they will come back next year after they watch martyrs. |

Heh, a number of them have specifically noted PRINCE OF DARKNESS as one they really want to see. I spend a little time giving them the lowdown on the "experience", e.g. getting in line early for good seats, marking your territory, the range of the types of movies that are shown, etc. -David |

Great news and a good kick in the pants for me. I just ordered my ticket through paypal. I bought my flight already....would really suck not to get a ticket before you sell out. Flying in from Los Angeles. I missed last year, so this will be my first in the new Grandview Theater. Looking forward to checking out your new space. |

I don't think any of my friends have bought tickets yet, so I emailed them all today, encouraging them to get tix as soon as possible! |

I am making plans to go in 2011, probably bypassing the Sci-Fi, which in the past has been my priority. I can't really afford more than one trip a year, but it's been so long since I've been to a horror marathon. |
