Since last year, a couple of big changes have occurred at the Grandview Theatre concession stand.

First, we actually a concession stand!

Second, in addition to the usual concession items, you can now also order pizza, subs, stromboli, salads, etc.

We have RC products on the fountain, and we carry a selection of bottled products (Monster, Snapple, etc.)

Third, alcohol! We now serve beer, wine, and on occasion, mixed drinks.

Check out the full MENU for selection, pricing, etc.

If there is something you would like to see on the menu, post it in this thread.

We're looking at some basic sandwiches as well.

-David (Co-Owner Grandview Theatre)

Will there be any marathon specials this year? For example the bottomless cup of coffee with the souvenir mug.

Not sure. That's a question for Bruce and Joe.

The menu looks really good. I'm getting hungry just reading it.

Glad to hear there is a wide selection of food. I just went to the Los Angeles New Beverly Cinema's all-night horror show, which was a lot of fun, but all they had was popcorn, candy, and hotdogs. I waited too late to order food from the local establishments, so I had to eat a gas station sandwich that was probably 2 days old.

I do like the reasonable pricing of the single serve wine bottles. Overall the alcohol pricing. is reasonable. For the newbies if you buy one of the garlic bread appetizers please at least purchase some junior mints or a bottle of water to squash the odor. I don't think the majority of people want to smell garlic breath in the middle of the night.

Yes to the mugs. Will there be the same price (8 dollars) as last year?

One of my favorite Paul Thomas Anderson films! Back when he was a struggling indie filmmaker before hitting it big with Boogie Nights.

Heh - his career really came full circle, huh?

Anyway, I might actually miss getting drinks from 2-liters, like last year. I was with Stuart when he said, "you should leave the theatre like this." It was one of the most awesomest marathons ever, in that space last year! Of course, I realize for the general public that probably would be a hard sell, and so not very good for business. :)

Indeed, there will be mugs with bottomless refills for your boogie nights...er, night? Any coincidence that the PTA short which launched Sydney/Hard Eight is called Coffee and Cigarettes? But please, limit smoking to the lush Grandview Theatre sidewalk...er, uh, I mean patio! Price for mugs TBD, although it will probably be close to last year's fee.

How about a picture of the mug design? Nedron what are the ounces of the single serve bottles of wine.

The wine is 187ml, so around 6.5 oz. Standard pour size.
