To any other marathoids up here in the Akron area: The Nightlight in downtown Akron is currently showing two films very much in the sci-fi/horror wheelhouse: GREEN ROOM and HIGH-RISE, which had its midwest premiere at SF33 in March. They're both currently scheduled to play through next Thursday. I've got tickets to both for tonight; I had to miss SF33 this year, so seeing a double feature which includes HIGH-RISE feels like some small consolation. |
