It never hurts to repeat requests. I requested 12 Monkeys for a few years, and it showed last year.

Which leads me to the other two requests I make each year: the two versions of Metropolis, the silent classic and the anime remake. I finally got to see the silent film on a screen two years ago when it played the classic film series in downtown Columbus with live organ accompaniment, and I'd love to see it on a screen again. I'd prefer the recently restored version to the 80s version which I believe is missing about a half hour of the film.

Omega Man played a few years ago, I don't need to see it again.

I'll second the nominations of Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, Bubba Ho-Tep, Slither, Children of Men, The Thing, Galaxy Quest, Plan 9, A Boy and His Dog, Mars Attacks, RoboCop, Plan 9, and add to the list Superman 2.

I've been watching a lot of the Masters of Horror episodes lately, and I've been pretty impressed with them. For hour-long episodes, many of them have been darn entertaining.

I didn't even know that there was a show called Masters of Science Fiction until I just looked it up a few weeks ago. I've never seen any of the episodes, so I can't say how good they are, but since we've gotten a number of television epsiodes in the past, an episode from Masters of Science Fiction seems like it might make a decent choice for this year. (Especially if there's a bunch of other people in the same boat as me, not even knowing this was on tv until after it was gone.)

Of course, it might not even be possible to get one of these episodes, but it never hurts to ask.

I don't recall any of these movies having been shown at a marathon (unless I missed it  )

Robot Monster was shown twice already. The most recent in 2003. Don't think they'll run it again so soon unless they need a filler.

There's always room at a marathon for RO-MAN!

The new Indiana Jones trailer. Was that a crate marked Roswell in there?

I would love to see
The Hidden
Donnie Darko
The non Raymond Burr version of the first Godzilla.

I'm really geeked out about this year I've been to every year since the first. Even the Trailerthon. But I missed last year when my wife had twins.

Every year since the first, and this is your first post? Where have you been?

Seriously, though. Welcome. It gets kinda lonely in here some days.

All Hail Lord Stinky Feet!

I'm so geeked out I can't type. I have been going since the THIRD marathon. I came with my brother and he fell asleep during the first movie.
