Agreed, that look like it would be a blast.

Want to see Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer as well. How about that other recent Robert Englund movie Zombie Strippers.

I doubt a lot of people know what you are talking about so you should at least provide a link.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0073650/

This film is horribly depressing and in my humble opinion would stop the momentum of any kind of fun marathon experience, be it 14 or 24 hours. It is an intense, affecting piece of art, but does not belong anywhere within the context of a marathon format.

One semi-obscure movie I've always wanted to see is Parasite (1982), the Charles Band flick with a pre-stardom Demi Moore. It may be really bad, but I think it would be a blast with the marathon crowd. If for no other reason than to laugh at her performance. Anyone seen this thing?

Another good one would be Dracula A.D. 1972, a Hammer flick which brings the Count to swinging London of the early '70's. Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing - how can you go wrong? Never seen it but it sounds like a ton of fun.

Also:
Dead Alive on 09/06/08
Friday the 13th part 3 in 3-D on 9/13/08

I totally forgot that Parasite was in 3-D. I just remember the TV ads for the movie creeping me out as a kid. It would probably suck now though.

Here's a really interesting obscure film, maybe TOO obscure to ever get a print of. But I guess they're coming out with a DVD in England after finding a good print after 20-some years. It's called Bloodbath at the House of Death (is that a great title or WHAT?), a horror-comedy that supposedly contains one of Vincent Price's last feature film performances. Sounds like it could be an absolute riot! Check out this article:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/2008/aug/22/comedy

If for no other reason, it should be seen because Pamela Stephenson was really hot. Don't let that picture fool you...

This movie looks very funny, I plan to watch it over the weekend, a VHS Rip but good enough to preview. I would never so no to a VINCENT PRICE Movie!!!

Bloodbath at the House of Death is a AWESOME movie. A ex-girlfriend turned me on to it about 12 years ago..A few years later i found a VHS print which i have since ripped to a DVD-R tweeked it a little bit through a few filters not pristine like a proper DVD re-mastering but a good copy anyway....There is a torrent running around on various sites i have seen. If you get a chance watch it... You'll see why Vincent Price just flat out ruled anything he was in....

Speaking of Voncent Price, I heard today is Michael Jackson's 50th birthday. I'm feeling old today. Back to Vincent Price, how about showing Thriller which for some of the younger folks might have been their first introduction to the man and the manical laugh.
